OUR STORY
Kraig Kalashian Architecture and Design was established in 2009 to provide cohesive solutions in the fields of Design, Architecture and Development. Our goal was to lead with intention and drive value to our projects by creating singular works that departed from the trends of the time.
Our approach focuses on intentional design strategy to elevate humble materials into noble works of art using detail and craftsmanship in all that we do. As the former CEO of IBM Thomas Watson Jr. famously wrote in 1966, “Good Design is Good Business” and we aimed to embody that sentiment in all that we did.
Nearly twenty years later, we find ourselves with a singular practice that stretches across disciplines we could have never imagined. We work on every project as though it were our own and pride ourselves on creating lasting value in all that we do.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is simple: Start each project with a blank piece of paper and create with a child-like fascination of the world.
We live in a time where anything that is imagined can be made and our aim is to design the world we want to live in. Regardless of budget or schedule, we feel there is always a way to approach a problem with fresh eyes and find solutions that elude other firms.
Our unique experience in development, manufacturing, product design, graphic arts, operations and construction give us a unique perspective that allow us to overcome even the most daunting challenges.
