At the Penn Stater Hotel, KKAD bridged the gap between a Scandinavian-inspired exterior and a modern hotel interior.   Our design strategy utilized traditional Scandinavian patterns and bespoke craft to tell a story of hospitality deeply tied to the Pennsylvania landscape. The result is a unified property that honors its architectural roots while offering guests meaningful and inspiring spaces.
