Maplewood, NJ 2019 - From the mind of Chef Tom Carlin (Gladstone Taven) came the idea for The Cassidy, a bespoke bistro that honored the history of Maplewood and its industrial history.  The interior features custom steel, leather and stone fixtures that balance the warmth of the wood and polished concrete walls and floors.
